DNA and RNA from Patient's Whole Blood and Blood Cell Fractions

We source unique materials for your experiments with no obligations or licensing

We offer a unique service involving on isolation of genomic DNA and total RNA from the different cell fractions from blood samples taken from patients or healthy donors. We have access to hospitals and clinics serving a total population of more than 15 million people. If a disease of interest is not listed, we can find donors corresponding to your requirements.

Features:

  • Unique access to patients’ samples
  • DNA samples ready for genotyping, SNP assay or other PCR-based experiments
  • Real Time PCR quality of RNA
  • Patients clinical description according to the International Classification of Disease standards

Customer provides:

  • Let us know which diseases you are interested in, your choice (basic or expanded kit) and any special requirements you may have

Our service includes:

Basic kit:

  1. genomic DNA, 20 µg
  2. total RNA from peripheral blood mononuclear cells, 10 µg.

Or

Expanded kit:

  1. genomic DNA, 10 µg

  2.  total RNA (0.5 µg - 5 µg) from each of the following cells:

  3.  total blood leukocytes,

  4.  blood mononuclear cells,

  5.  blood polymorphonuclear cells (mostly neutrophils, RNA is partially degraded),

  6.  CD14+ (monocytes),

  7.  CD4+ ( T-helper/inducer cells )

  8.  CD8+ ( T-suppressor/cytotoxic cells)

  9.  CD19+ ( B-lymphocytes).

Note: You can request special composition of RNA preparations specific to your experiment

Customer receives:

  • One of the two standard kits or a custom designed selection of DNA and RNA samples
  • Patient's detailed clinical description according to International Classification of Disease Standards
  • RNA quality control data
  • Other data upon request
  • Duration: 1-6 months (depending on the disease and number of patients)

We provide DNA and RNA from patients suffering from the following diseases:

Acute Myelogenous Leukemia
Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
Deep Vein Thrombosis
