Description:Q-Step 2 has a total of 14 bands; 10 evenly spaced bands from 100 to 1000 bp and then bands at 1250 bp, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000 and 10000 bp. Each band corresponds to an exact amount of DNA if 5 µl/lane is loaded. The marker is supplied ready to load and does not need any pre-treatment. Q-Step 4 DNA ladder is provided in a buffer optimised for agarose gels.
Storage
Recommended storage temperature until initial use is -20°C. After first use – at 4°C for up to 6 months. Multiple freeze & thaw cycles are not recommended.Shipping Conditions
