are intended to satisfy the most strict customer needs. Being a new company on
the market, we do understand worries
about quality and reliability of our products. That is why we offer references
from scientists who have already used our products and can offer an unbiased
reference. We are also looking for scientists who are willing to obtain an agreed pack size of
selected products for free and become a reference for other customers.

We are
also happy to provide our
potential customers with free samples of the following of our products in
sufficient quantity for 5-10
reactions:
Thermostable DNA
Polymerases, Hot-Start DNA Polymerases, 2× Ready-to-Go Reaction Mixes.
They will be sent at ambient temperature, and we can guarantee their quality
even if delivery takes up to 3 days. Free samples are subjects to
availability.

with names of products, cat# and delivery address. We can provide no more than
3 samples to each customer.
We would like to contact the
customer in 10 days after sending samples and ask about the quality of our
products and whether the customer is happy with them.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide
samples of products that must be shipped at -20 °C - DNA,
RNA, native and recombinant proteins, antibodies, RNA and protein markers,
enzymes from mesophilic organisms (bacteriophages, E.coli, etc.).
However, these products may be sent
for evaluation on free of charge base.
