Q-Step^TM quantitative DNA molecular weight markers

Q-Step^TM quantitative DNA molecular weight markers were engineered to provide easy size determination and quantification of DNA fragments between 0.1 and 10 Kb. Each band corresponds to exact quantity of DNA if using the loading of 5 µl/lane. Q-Step^TM DNA ladders are provided in a buffer optimised for agarose gels.
