Description: |
YB-GCPol DNA Polymerase* is a mix of
thermostable enzymes, catalyses 5’→3’ synthesis of DNA. The enzyme
has 3’→5’ proofreading, and possesses
low 5’→3’ exonuclease activity. Enzyme mix is designed for
processing DNA that has high GC-content or complex melting profile.
Amplified DNA fragments can be used for subsequent cloning. Properties
of YB-GCPol.
|
Applications: |
- PCR (primer
extension, DNA amplification) with difficult templates -
GC-rich, complex melting profile, “dirty”.
- Amplifying
DNA for subsequent cloning
|
Features:
|
- Robust
enzyme suitable for difficult cases
- Each 500
units of enzyme are supplemented with 0.25ml of DNA-Softner
– universal additive to difficult templates
- Enzyme can
be supplemented with any 10x PCR buffer (see the List of PCR
buffers) upon request
