Description: |
YB-TaqPlus DNA Polymerase* is a
mix of thermostable enzymes isolated from Thermus aquaticus.
YB-TaqPlus catalyses 5’→3’ synthesis of
DNA. The enzyme has no 3’→5’ proofreading, but possesses low 5’→3’
exonuclease activity. Unlike to usual Taq, YB-TaqPlus
can amplify longer DNA fragments up to 8 kb.
