Description: |
YB-Taq DNA
Polymerase* is a thermostable enzyme isolated from Thermus
aquaticus. YB-Taq catalyses 5’→3’ synthesis of DNA. The enzyme
has no 3’→5’ proofreading, but possesses low 5’→3’ exonuclease
activity.
Properties of YB-Taq.
