Site Directed DNA Mutagenesis:

• Deletions, insertions or substitutions;
• Plasmids up to 15Kb, DNA fragments up to 8Kb;
• 1-500 point mutations per 1Kb sequence verified;
• Duration: 2-8 weeks.

Random Mutagenesis:

• Mutations are introduced with synthetic oligos or error-prone PCR;
• Mutation frequency could be tuned from 1 to 20 events per 1 Kb;
• Library up to 10^6-10^8 individual molecules or E.coli clones if required;
• Mutagenesis could be restricted to specific DNA fragment of any size.

Clustered Mutagenesis:

• Deletions, insertions or substitutions for specified amino acids, nucleotides, genetic elements or repeats;
• Replacement of A, C, G, or T in DNA for unusual or labelled nucleotides.
