Customer provides:
DNA sequence of interest, or information about the gene and the host organism where it is meant to be expressed

Our service includes:
Synthesis of dsDNA of your choice from 30 to 5000 bp
Codon usage optimisation if necessary
Delivery of DNA cloned into a vector; a collection of cloning and expression vectors is available
Confirmation of DNA sequence

Duration: 3-4 weeks

Customer receives:
We deliver at least 2.0 µg of DNA together with a detailed report. By default, the DNA is cloned into a multicopy cloning vector
