2x Ready-to-go Reaction Mix contains all necessary components of reaction mix at optimised concentrations (buffer, dNTPs, enzyme, additives, Mg2+). Available with additional vial of 10 mM Mg2+ should extra Mg be required for further optimisation.

Final concentration of Mg2+ in 1x Mix – 1.5 mM.

Mixes do not contain template DNA and Oligonucleotides.

Simply take 25 µl of 2xMix, add template DNA, Oligonucleotides, Mg (if needed), and molecular biology grade water up to 50 µl. Run reaction program.

In cases - short fragments, or when accuracy is of priority – dilution of Mixes in more than 2 times is recommended.
