Description
The kit provides a simple and efficient method for purification of DNA fragments from agarose gel and from PCR mixes. DNA fragments selectively absorbed in the spin column after incubation at 60°C for gel extraction or at room temperature for PCR product with equal volume of binding buffer. Up to 25 µg of DNA can be purified with a single prep using YORBIO Gel/PCR DNA Purification Kit.
